Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
Refunds are issued for:
- Defective/damaged products (see Damaged Goods section)
- Wrong items shipped
- Negotiable cases: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Non-refundable items:
- Customized products
- Intimate/sanitary goods
- Items damaged by customer misuse
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders processed in 3-5 business days
- Processing may extend to 7 business days during peak seasons
Delivery Timeframe
- Most countries: 7-15 business days
- Remote areas: 15-25 business days
- Ukraine & conflict zones: Additional 10 business days
Damage in Transit
If damage occurs during shipping:
1. Contact us within 48 hours with photo/video evidence
2. We will negotiate solutions within 48 hours:
- Priority: Product replacement
- Alternative: Partial/full refund
3. Claims without evidence cannot be processed
Important Notes
- "Business days" = Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays)
- Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Weather disruptions
- Regional conflicts
- Tracking numbers provided for all orders
